Things To Do

Visit Glacier National Park

Glacier is one of our country's most impressive National Parks, and definitely worth your time. Whether you take in the breathtaking veiws at the top of Going to the Sun Road or brave the trials on one of the many amazing trails in the park, we can guarantee that the park is worth the 1.5 hour drive from our wedding site.

Whitefish, MT

Whitfish is located about 40 minutes from our wedding venue and is a beautiful mountain town with a lot to offer!

Whitefish Mountain Resort- In the summer months the local ski resort offers tons of family freindly activities like ziplining, scenic lifts, high ropes course, and hiking.

Brewery and Distillery Tours - like so many western mountain towns Whitefish has it's fair share of local brews and liquor. Here are a few places we suggest touring: Great Nothern Brewery, Bonsai Brewing Project, Spotted Bear Spirits, and Whitefish Handcrafted Spirits.

Restaurant: - Whitefish has many great options for eating, here are a few of our favorite spots:

Breakfast: Montana Coffee Traders, Swift Creek Cafe

Lunch/Dinner: Tupelo Grille, Piggyback BBQ, Casey's

Closer To The Venue

Loon's Echo is located pretty far from the "hustle and bustle" of Whitefish, but there is still plenty to do! Here are a few of our suggestions:

Hiking - Sunday Falls (easy), Mt. Marston Lookout (difficult)

Stonehenge Air Museum- This gem is hard to describe, but located only 20 mins from the venue and is a definite must-see if you have time! You must call ahead to schedule tours (406-882-4714).

Point of Rocks - It is the only local restaurant and luckily it's delicious! It is only a few miles from the venue, and offers a very traditional meat and potatoes Montana-style menu.

H.A. Brewering Co. - About 20 minutes from the venue, this is a fun, secluded brewery that offers great beer and pizza.
